Our shipping prices are based on the value of the items in your order and on the service level you choose. Shipping times and Costs are available in your cart when you place your order.

Returns for Items Ordered from the Turner Bookstore Website
We offer a 30 day return policy for our general trade books (special editions are nonreturnable).
To return an item to us, please email orders@turnerbookstore.com with the order number that you would like to return, then send the item to the address on the paperwork included in your shipment. Returns must be in the same condition as when received and must be postmarked within 30 days of your order.
For items that are damaged, defective or not what you ordered when received, please follow instructions included on the paperwork included with your shipment.

Return policies are set by Ingram Publisher Services. Please contact IPS for more information on what return policies are and how to process a return. Returns sent to the Turner Publishing Company office will be returned to sender and will not be credited.
